Getting set up is easy

1 Getting you started

From solo practices to elite DSOs and groups, we handle all your onboarding and training, so you don’t have to. We also recognize that every practice is unique, allowing us to customize your onboarding and training to meet your specific needs.

2 We securely connect to your server

We prioritize data security and privacy, as shown by our HIPAA and PIPEDA certifications, ensuring your patient information is protected. This is covered during your initial setup appointment, which typically takes 30 minutes.

3 We configure your account

Once connected to your server, we’ll configure your account and set up your users. Leveraging our dental expertise, we align your data and platforms to work seamlessly with MaxAssist and start building your onscreen assistant.

4 You give us the green light

Once your account framework is built, we’ll provide you with a link to review and fine-tune your settings to ensure that MaxAssist aligns perfectly with your practice. We’ll connect with you one final time to ensure you’re all set to go and then comes the fun part – training and going live!

COMMON QUESTIONS
When should I turn off current services?

You will want services with your current provider turned off the day before your Kickstart Training so that you can begin with MaxAssist right after the session. The date for your Kickstart Training will be in the Onboarding Portal.

When does my messaging/onscreen assistant start running?

Your onscreen assistant and messaging will launch at the end of your Kickstart Training session.

Can we access the onscreen assistant before training?

No, they are not finished being built until right before training.

Can I make changes after going live?

Changes can be made with our support team at any time once you’re live with MaxAssist. Your initial launch is just that; afterward, you can continue to customize.

After set up, what can I expect?

We make getting started simple and seamless! Within one business day of your setup appointment with us, you’ll receive access to our Onboarding Portal, where you can review your account’s initial settings, including your branding and default messaging. This portal empowers you to personalize your settings and provide a few key details that help us tailor your account to fit your practice perfectly.

Before your training session, we’ll schedule a quick 15-minute Prep Call with one of our specialists. During this call, we’ll validate your account details, address any questions, and ensure everything is on track for a smooth launch. Your training session is designed to provide your team with the perfect balance of insight and hands-on guidance, ensuring you leave confident and ready to make the most of the platform from day one. In just one hour, you’ll connect with a live training expert who will guide you through the platform’s key features, answer your questions in real time, and show you how to make the most of your tools. By the end of the session, your account will be fully activated, and you’ll be ready to hit the ground running!
