Drawing on 27 years of experience in HR and business operations, Heather emphasizes the value of systems and processes to bring teams together and empower a culture of growth, excellence in results and client satisfaction.

Leah Crites

Vice President, Client Success

Leah began her career managing dental practices across North America and has over 20 years of industry experience. Now, as Vice President of Client Success, she leads the team ensuring clients maximize the software’s benefits. Leah also oversees product development initiatives widely adopted by MaxAssist users.

Rita Baumgaertner

Vice President, Sales

Rita joined MaxAssist in 2018 and, with over 15 years of experience as a dental hygienist and hygiene coordinator, now serves as Vice President of Sales. She leverages her deep understanding of dental operations and how technology, like MaxAssist, enhances productivity, efficiency, and patient care to drive long-term practice growth.

With over 12 years of dental industry experience, Jeff has developed deep expertise in the DSO space. His leadership background enables him to support DSOs and Special Markets by streamlining practices, establishing workflows, and driving organic growth across networks.

Director of Operations

Elise is dedicated to helping clients and teams thrive by creating smooth, impactful experiences. As Director of Operations, she leads onboarding, training, and support, blending technical expertise with a passion for efficiency and client satisfaction. Director of Marketing

Harley is a marketing professional with a decade of experience in integrated sales and marketing strategies. Originally from London, he specializes in digital transformation and data-driven brand growth. With a Master’s in Marketing and Digital Communication, Harley joined MaxAssist in 2023 to lead innovative, growth-focused marketing efforts.

Paul is a seasoned IT and privacy expert with over 20 years of experience managing technology systems and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Development Technical Lead

Andrew has been with MaxAssist for 13 years writing the software, managing the infrastructure, and integrating systems. As the Development Technical Lead, Andrew ensures that the dev team is ready to tackle any challenge and that the software is always running smoothly and efficiently. His commitment to innovation and problem-solving continues to drive the platform’s growth and reliability, ensuring clients always receive the best service possible.

Tiare OIivarez

Sales Team Manager

Tiare has over 7 years of experience in the dental software industry. As the Sales Team Manager, her expertise spans across the entire sales cycle, with a primary focus on prospecting and building strong relationships with potential clients. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, especially skiing the slopes or surfing at the beach.

Jordan Fowler

Senior Account Executive

With over 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry, primarily focused on the dental industry, Dustin understands the unique challenges and opportunities dental practices face. His passion lies not only in delivering cutting-edge software solutions but in empowering dental practices to grow and thrive. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, camping, fly fishing, and traveling.

Jenn has dedicated the past 10 years to the dental field, excelling as both a dental assistant and front office administrator. After graduating from dental assisting school in 2015, she honed her skills chairside while also gaining invaluable experience in practice management. Passionate about patient care, Jenn joined MaxAssist to share her expertise and help dental practices grow and thrive effectively.

Manager of Strategic Partnerships

Lisa has been immersed in dental since joining MaxAssist in 2021. Before this, Lisa spent 7 years as a Manager and Director of Operations, bringing to the table extensive experience in operations, leadership, sales, and business development. As Manager of Strategic Partnerships, Lisa looks after our Elite DSO’s and groups, proactively guiding them through onboarding, product education, training, and support to ensure long-term success and identify further business opportunities.

Indra brings over 35 years of dental experience to her role as a consultant to MaxAssist. Over the years, she has coached solo practices, group practices, and public health organizations. Focusing on building skills and strengthening team dynamics, Indra leverages effective communication, time management, and technology-driven knowledge to drive lasting improvements in our client’s practices.

Lori brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the dental field, ranging from Hygiene Coordinator and Treatment Coordinator to Office Manager and Practice Management Coach. DSO Strategic Partnerships, Onboarding and Training Specialist

Chelsea brings over a decade of experience in the dental industry, having worked in a variety of general and specialty practices across Calgary, Canada. Her extensive knowledge of day-to-day practice operations allows her to connect with dental offices on a deeper level, understanding their unique needs and workflows.
