MaxAssist® Academy

The MaxAssist Academy is where users learn how to use the fundamentals of the software to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Interactive and engaging online learning at your own pace.

The academy consists of multiple microlearning modules and bite-sized courses that staff can work through at their own pace and earn a Certified Genius Award for their achievements.

Multiple Modules

There are multiple modules within each course. Each course has been specifically designed to help you learn the fundamentals of the onscreen assistant.

Curriculum Based

The courses and modules within the Academy all come with a curriculum overview so you can see what is included in each course before you begin.

Completion Times

All courses come with an estimated completion time. That way, you can allocate time to complete the material without having to stop and start.

Platinum Resources

Platinum clients get additional resources within the Academy. This includes courses for elevating skills in patient communication and verbiage.

Certified Genius

Complete the MaxAssist Genius Certificate Exam and get awarded the Certified Genius Certificate to prove you’re a MaxAssist expert.

Activity Tracking

With MaxAssist Platinum you get access to a private student dashboard, so you can track the performance of your team for each module.

Relevant Content

Our microlearning modules are interactive and engaging as well as relevant. All courses have been created to cover everything you need to know.

Additional Training

The MaxAssist academy has been designed as a secondary training resource. When you onboard you still get 1-2-1 training on all the features.

1 Getting set up

To get started on the MaxAssist Academy you will need to register as a user. When you register for the Academy you will need your access code, which can be found in your MaxAssist Welcome Package. If you can’t find it, or require help, please reach out to our support team at support@getmaxassit.com or by calling 1-800-651-8603 (ext 1).

2 Choose your course

Upon entering MaxAssist Academy, select the course most relevant to you. Each course is labeled with the appropriate job role, making it easy to find those best suited to your position.

3 Complete your modules

Once you’ve selected your course, you’ll see all the modules included, along with an estimated completion time and course outline. This way, you’ll know what to expect and how long it will take to finish.

4 Getting rewarded

After completing all the course modules, dental administrators are eligible to take the MaxAssist Genius Exam, which evaluates their knowledge of Max, the onscreen assistant. Those who pass the exam will earn a Genius Certificate, which can be shared on LinkedIn to showcase their professional achievement.
